Introduction

The Department of Aesthetic Breast Surgery at ECAMS delivers the most comprehensive, structured and progressive breast aesthetics training worldwide, covering augmentation, mastopexy, reduction, lift and complication management. Unlike traditional workshops, our programme is uniquely designed for one-to-one or maximum two surgeons per training, guaranteeing the highest level of supervision and personal guidance.

Through live models training and 5–6 carefully selected live patient cases, surgeons advance step by step — observing, assisting, and ultimately performing procedures. In the final case, delegates are given the opportunity to perform surgery themselves under close faculty supervision, ensuring they leave the programme not just with theoretical knowledge, but with the confidence and competence to operate safely in their own practice.

Fellowship

The ECAMS Aesthetic Breast Surgery Fellowship is an intensive one-to-one surgical immersion, running from the first Monday through to the following Monday. Unlike short courses, this programme mirrors the rhythm of real surgical practice — giving delegates both operative experience and deep clinical exposure.

Over the week, fellows will:

Perform 5–6 live patient cases on each Monday under close supervision, progressing from assisting to independent execution of the final case.
Shadow our faculty in their private clinics, gaining behind-the-scenes insight into patient consultation, implant selection, and surgical planning.
Participate in case reviews of the surgeries performed, with faculty guiding reflection on outcomes, refinements, and complication management.
Observe or hands-on revision surgeries and implant exchange procedures, learning advanced decision-making strategies.
Develop confidence in implant selection and patient communication, ensuring clinical and aesthetic judgment are equally strong.

This fellowship is limited to one, maximum two surgeons per intake, ensuring personalised mentorship and focused training. By the end of the week, fellows graduate with not only advanced technical skill but also the confidence to manage primary and revision breast surgeries in their own practice.
