Department of Hair Restoration

Introduction

The Department of Hair Restoration trains doctors in ethical, structured, and evidence-based hair restoration. Covering FUE and regenerative therapies, ECAMS’ progressive curriculum blends anatomy, donor/recipient planning, live patient sessions, and complication management. Our mission is to protect patients from unsafe, commercialised practices by preparing doctors with stepwise skills and long-term safety principles.

Fellowship

Courses in this department are essential for ECAMS Fellowship in Hair Restoration. The fellowship programme require you to:

• Module 25b which is the cadaveric dissection in hair transplantation and regenerative hair with live models.
• Private training on live models (min. 5 days or 10 days in Belgium)
• min. 25 logbook cases
• final assessment (oral/written)
