How ECAMS Training Works
At ECAMS, every course follows a structured, assessment-driven pathway designed to ensure doctors do not just attend — but achieve true clinical competence.
1. Pre-Enrolment Assessment & Course Matching
Before enrolment, each doctor’s experience level is carefully reviewed. Based on this, we recommend the most appropriate entry point within the ECAMS pathway.
Beginners are guided toward foundational courses, while experienced surgeons are directed to advanced modules — ensuring safe, logical progression rather than open enrollment.
2. Online Theory & Foundational Preparation
Once enrolled, delegates begin with comprehensive online theory modules. These are designed to build the essential anatomical knowledge, technique understanding, and safety principles required for the procedure.
3. Formal Online Assessment
Before progressing further, all delegates must successfully complete a written assessment. This ensures that every participant enters the practical training phase with a verified level of theoretical understanding.
4. Hands-On Clinical Training
Only after passing the assessment do delegates progress to the hands-on component of the course. The programme includes Training on a combination of both cadaver and live models.
All sessions are conducted in small groups, allowing for intensive supervision and maximum practical exposure.
5. Faculty-Led Practical Assessment
During the hands-on training, delegates actively participate in procedures under direct faculty guidance.
Their technical skills, decision-making, and safety approach are continuously evaluated.
6. Certification Based on Competence
Certification is not based on attendance alone.
Delegates must demonstrate competency during the practical training and successfully complete all stages of the pathway to be awarded an ECAMS Accredited Certificate.

I had an exceptional experience attending the Master Course in Advanced Non-Surgical Full Face Rejuvenation and Cadaveric Anatomy, held in the beautiful and historic Palazzo in Cremona. The unique setting created an inspiring atmosphere that enhanced an already outstanding educational experience. The course was expertly organized, combining comprehensive theoretical knowledge with extensive practical training. The cadaver sessions offered an invaluable opportunity to deepen my understanding of facial anatomy, greatly enhancing my confidence and precision in clinical practice. The hands-on training was highly practical, with excellent supervision, personalized guidance, and valuable feedback throughout. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the outstanding instructors, Dr. Nabila Azib and Dr. Danilo Di Gregorio, for sharing their expertise, clinical insights, and dedication to teaching. Their professionalism, approachability, and ability to share practical pearls made the learning experience truly exceptional. My gratitude also goes to ECAMS CEO & Founder Pyn Lim for creating such a valuable educational platform and for her commitment to advancing excellence in aesthetic medicine. Special thanks to Astha, the course organizer, for her outstanding coordination, support, and attention to detail, which contributed significantly to the success of the program. I would also like to thank all the participating doctors for creating such a warm, friendly, and collaborative atmosphere. Your support, openness, and willingness to share experiences made the course even more enjoyable and inspiring. Learning alongside such talented and passionate colleagues was a true privilege. The small-group format provided a supportive and inspiring learning environment, ensuring that each participant received individual attention and the opportunity to refine their skills. I highly recommend this course to any medical professional seeking to enhance their anatomical knowledge, refine injection techniques, and perform advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures with greater safety and confidence. It is a truly valuable investment in professional growth and patient care.Posted on Google![]()

I attended the Lipedema Liposuction Mastery course with Kandulu in Istanbul, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The clinical and practical component was outstanding , truly hands-on lipedema liposuction cases. You’re not just assisting; you actually operate yourself with direct supervision and guidance throughout. The teaching was structured, clear, and very evidence-based, and I left feeling far more confident in how I assess and treat my patients. The course also covered practical pre- and post-operative care plans and protocols, which I found extremely useful for real world practice. I can’t recommend it highly enough. And as a bonus, the course also provides excellent guidance on building a lipedema service from the ground up , including team planning, service setup, and even expected revenue projections in numbers. Thanks to all ECSMS team.Posted on Google![]()

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery for the opportunity to participate in the two-day educational program held in Geneva, Switzerland. The course was conducted at an excellent academic level and reflected a strong commitment to high standards in aesthetic medical education. The program offered a well-balanced combination of evidence-based theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical training, allowing for a meaningful learning experience. Of particular value was the in-depth focus on injectable treatments, with clear emphasis on technique, safety, and practical application. The expertise of the faculty, along with the willingness to share clinical experience and practical insights, greatly enriched the educational process. This training has had a direct and positive impact on my daily clinical practice, enhancing both my confidence and my competence in the use of injectables. I am grateful for this enriching experience and would highly recommend the European College to medical professionals seeking high-quality, academically grounded, and practice-oriented education in aesthetic medicine.
